Funslope Photo Quest 2018 – The Title stays in Italy
02.05.2018

Once again, many votes were gathered at the grand finale of the Funslope Photo Quest. A total of fifteen photos qualified for the final voting, where they had the chance to become the Funslope picture of the year and win an unbelievable 1000€! After a really tight race Alta Badia has won the voting just like the year before.

It seemed like this year´s final was going to be a head to head competition with photo finish between the winners of the Funslope Photo Quest in Ehrwald and Alta Badia: Twan Hillebrand and Altin Carli Alla. But in the end, Altin Carli Alla had a clear lead with 165 votes on his picture. “I asked each and everyone of my facebook friends if they could vote for me. I also promised some to buy them a drink, that´s how I managed to get so many votes.”, Altin explains happily.

Altin nearly forgot about the official end of the voting. “I checked the standings the evening before and completely forgot about the competition the day after. At the time I remembered, the voting already was about to end. The good thing is: That way I couldn´t get nervous in the final hours.”

So even the last moments of the grand finale couldn´t stress Altin out. Now he is the lucky winner of 1000€ - and already has a plan what to do with it: “With the prize I will go on vacation with my family.”

The Funslope Photo Quest will be searching for the picture of the year again next winter. Thanks to all participants of the Photo Quest 2017/18! Have a great summer, we will be back with new snow adventures in a couple of months!
