FOR PERFECT RIDES – THE SHAPE ACADEMY DRIVES PRINOTH
06.11.2017

The Shape Academy is getting powerful support by PRINOTH BISON X snowcats at shaping the FUNSLOPES to perfection.

You can imagine that Funslopes don’t just pop up out of nowhere. All the Fun Twisters and steep curves are made by the pros of the Shape Academy involving a host of 220 people. They are the biggest operators of snow fun installations and they plan, construct and maintain the Funslopes during the whole season and put quality first while doing it. However, tools like shovels and gloves don’t do all the work. In order to tackle the masses of snow and all the requirements, they need the power of snowcats that were especially developed for these matters. The last masterstroke is the PRINOTH BISON X snowcat, the signature-vehicle of the Shape Academy. There is a mind-boggling amount of technology under the hoods of the Prinoth and the inside of the cockpit resembles that of an airliner with all its displays, buttons and joysticks. It is perfect for maneuvering through the Funslope with maximum precision.

Funslopes are designed to be fun and should function for both, skiers and snowboarders, no matter whether you want to ride through it at full speed or rather do some playful runs. Prior to all the fun there is, engineers, technical managers and park designers of the Academy spend hours thinking and working on the concepts, before the on-site crews start shaping the masses of snow with the support of the snow groomers. Already in spring the terrain is being inspected with meticulous precision before, based on the ongoing assessment, the design and concept are adjusted. This way, the Shape Academy can assure that the park buildup can begin as soon as the ski resorts open up their gates. Then, the PRINOTH BISON X serves as an immensely worthy companion, battling the elements side by side with the Shape Academy. After all, Funslopes are the natural habitat of the BISON X. That’s what it was created for. That’s where it belongs.
